Kristina Smith is a Paralegal in the firm’s Pre-Litigation department. Since 2016, she has been trained in every department of the firm, making her an asset to the Simpson Law Firm team and its clients.
Kristina’s former medical field experience help her relate to clients and better understand their injuries. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
John James Mills:
John James “JJ” Mills was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, and moved to Shalimar, Florida at the early age of 5. JJ graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in 2012 where he obtained a certificate from the International Baccalaureate Program. After high school, JJ attended Florida State University, graduating with his B.A. degree in 2016, majoring in Environmental Science & Policy with a minor in Geography. JJ received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 2019. He spent his time at Cumberland serving as Vice President for the Florida Student Bar Association and as Secretary for the Air & Space Law Society.
Since graduating from Cumberland, JJ has moved back to Fort Walton Beach and accepted an associate position at the Simpson Law Firm in August of 2019.
When JJ is not working, he enjoys golfing, fishing, weekend trips to Tallahassee for Florida State football games, and spending time with his family and two dogs.
Meghan Herron is a Paralegal in the firm’s Pre-Litigation department. She has many years’ experience in Human Resources and the legal field, making her an asset to the Simpson Law Firm team and its clients. Meghan grew up in a military family and moved to Crestview when she was a small child. After graduating from Crestview High School, she joined the U.S. Navy where she completed 10 year of service. Meghan then went on to further her education at Northwest Florida State College and received an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies.
Jessica Davis is a Paralegal in the firm’s Pre-Litigation and Litigation department. Jessica was born and raised in Crestview, Florida. She graduated from Crestview High School where she was a two-sport athlete in both softball and weightlifting. After high school, Jessica furthered her education at The University of Alabama, where she graduated with a bachelors degree in History, Criminal Justice, and Pre-Law. Her extracurricular activities in college included volunteering her time as a staff member of the Pre-Law Student Association and the Housing and Residential Community, an organization to help incoming freshman adjust to college. Jessica is currently enrolled at Birmingham School of Law and plans to graduate in 2022. In Jessica’s free time, she enjoys being with her family and restoring her 1972 Chevy C10.
